Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, please contact our customer support team at ababelperfumes@gmail.com (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM). We will process the cancellation and refund the payment within 24-48 business hours after the request is approved via Razorpay through bank account the payment from Razorpay would take extra time.
Return Policy
Our products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of incorrect, missing, or damaged items. If you receive such items, please contact us at ababelperfumes@gmail.com within 36 hours of receiving your order. Returns for damages caused by neglect, improper usage, or application are not covered under this policy. A replacement of the same item will be provided unless it is out of stock.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions: The product is used or altered.The product shows signs of misuse or overuse.The original packaging, including tags, labels, or accessories, is missing or damaged.Return requests are made more than 3 business days after delivery.For incorrect shipments, Ababel Perfumes will cover courier charges. Refunds
