Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances, as we begin processing orders immediately to ensure timely dispatch.

Customers are requested to carefully review their order details, including the selected products, quantity, shipping address, and contact information before placing an order.

Return Policy

Due to the personal nature, hygiene standards, and safety regulations associated with perfumes and cosmetic products, all products sold by Ababel Perfumes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where the customer receives:

  • An incorrect item
  • A damaged item
  • A missing item

To be eligible for a replacement claim, the customer must record one continuous, unedited, and uninterrupted unboxing video beginning before opening the sealed shipping package and continuing until all contents have been completely removed and inspected.

The video must clearly display:

  • The sealed courier package
  • The shipping label
  • Opening of the package
  • The condition of the parcel
  • All products received
  • Any damage, leakage, missing item, or incorrect item

No claim regarding damaged, missing, leaked, tampered, or incorrect products will be entertained without a valid continuous unedited unboxing video.

Claims must be reported within 36 hours of delivery by emailing ababelperfumes@gmail.com with:

  • Order number
  • Continuous unedited unboxing video
  • Clear photographs, if requested

Returns or replacements will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product has been opened, used, sprayed, altered, or tampered with.
  • The product shows signs of misuse, improper handling, negligence, or accidental damage.
  • The original packaging, including the box, bottle, tags, labels, accessories, or protective materials, is missing or damaged.
  • The request is raised more than 3 business days after delivery.
  • No valid continuous unedited unboxing video is provided.
  • The customer dislikes the fragrance, changes their mind, or is dissatisfied with the scent profile.
  • Minor variations in fragrance colour occurring naturally over time due to the ingredients.
  • Slight cosmetic imperfections to the outer shipping carton that do not affect the product.

If the claim is verified, Ababel Perfumes will provide a replacement of the same product, subject to stock availability.

If the same product is unavailable, Ababel Perfumes reserves the right to provide:

  • An equivalent replacement,
  • Store credit, or
  • A refund,

at its sole discretion.

For verified incorrect shipments or products damaged during transit, Ababel Perfumes will bear the courier charges.

Refunds

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Cancelled orders
  • Change of mind
  • Fragrance preference
  • Personal dissatisfaction with the scent
  • Incorrect ordering by the customer
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Failure to provide a valid unboxing video

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • A replacement cannot be arranged; or
  • Ababel Perfumes determines that a refund is the most appropriate resolution.

Approved refunds will be initiated within 24–48 business hours after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Limitation of Liability

Ababel Perfumes shall not be liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, natural disasters, courier delays, government actions, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Right to Reject Claims

Ababel Perfumes reserves the right to reject any cancellation, return, replacement, refund, or warranty claim if:

  • The conditions of this policy are not met.
  • The information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.
  • Fraudulent activity or abuse of the policy is suspected.
  • The claim is found to be invalid after inspection.

The decision of Ababel Perfumes regarding all claims shall be final and binding.
